Oil-cooling System

Oil is injected during compression to cool the gas, making isothermal compression nearly ideal for
high power performance (reduces energy consumption by 10-20% compared with oil-free compressors).
Cooling the compression gas with oil increases the compression ratio tremendously.
Sealing the oil supplied between the rotors increases the volumetric efficiency.
Since the compressors are lubricated with oil, the male rotor an directly drive the female rotor
and it is not necessary to set the clearance between the rotors.

High Performance Rotor Profile

The high-performance rotor profile that we developed provides high volumetric efficiency,
lower noise, and lower vibration.
